1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tickers.info ("the site", "the service") a reader agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. A reader who does not agree should stop using the site.

2. Description of Service

tickers.info is a free, ad-supported reference site that aggregates and presents publicly available financial-market data — stock quotes, charts, fundamentals, technical analysis and news — through embedded third-party widgets. The information is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

3. No Investment Advice

The site does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing on tickers.info should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. All investment decisions should be based on the reader's own due diligence and, where appropriate, consultation with qualified financial professionals. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and trading securities carries risk including the possible loss of principal.

4. Use of the Service

Permitted Use

A reader may use tickers.info for personal, non-commercial purposes, in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

Prohibited Use

A reader agrees not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or related systems.

• Transmit viruses, worms, or any other malicious code.
• Reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the service or the embedded data without written permission and without complying with the third-party data vendors' own terms.
• Use the service to send spam or other unsolicited communications.
• Misrepresent any affiliation with tickers.info.

5. Intellectual Property

The original editorial content, layout, structure, code and branding of tickers.info are the property of the site operator and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. The market data, charts, news and calendar content shown through embedded widgets remain the property of the third-party data vendors. Use of either category of material outside the scope permitted by these Terms requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

Quotes, charts, fundamentals, news and economic-calendar data are provided through third-party widgets, principally from TradingView. Advertising is served by Google AdSense and its partners. tickers.info is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of third-party content, nor for the privacy practices of third-party sites and services that may be linked from the site. A reader's use of any third-party content is governed by that third party's own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA. THE SITE OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Quotes, fundamentals or other data displayed will be accurate, current, or reliable for any specific use.
• Defects in the service will be corrected.
• The service or the systems behind it are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TICKERS.INFO OR ITS OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM TRADING DECISIONS — RESULTING FROM USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT THE READER HAS PAID TO ACCESS THE SERVICE, WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE USE.

9. Indemnification

The reader agrees to indemnify and hold harmless tickers.info and its operator from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the reader's use of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of a third party's rights.

Use of the service is also governed by the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications to the Service and to These Terms

tickers.info may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. tickers.info reserves the right to restrict or block access from any reader, IP, or automated client whose use of the service violates these Terms or harms the site's operation, without prior notice or liability.
